As usual I'm very torn about the rating when it comes to these books. Faefever by Karen Marie Moning are very well written; the author has a way of describing things in a way I only thought I would describe it. It's like she gets the way I think, however, I do think there's a lot of passages which I found terrible irrelevant. These passages made me want to pull out my hair and yell at the main character. Mac's looking for the murder of her beloved sister, who carried a lot of secrets mac needs to find answer to herself. This is why she flew to Dublin in the first place, and I think both Mac and the author forget that sometimes. Also I'm getting a little tired of these 'death-by-sex'-fae.
Don't get me review all wrong, because I do think this Fever series is the best in its category; I like how the author keeps the relationship between Barrons and Mac on the edge. The writing style is brilliant; sometimes Mac speaks directly to the reader and she's really great with words. Nice one, Karen Marie Moning!
