I love this book! When I began reading this one, I had just come from a 6 day trip with a special group of girlfriends to the area of Washington state where it is set. I actually bought the book while on the trip because the bookshop owner kept pushing it to me. I had no idea how much I would really love it or how fast it would grab my attention. It's the story of a woman who has just sent her only child off to college and then has the rug pulled out from under by a cheating husband. She decides to visit her father and the place where she grew up to regroup. There she is reunited with a man from her past with some problems of his own. Both characters do some growing and changing and learn alot about themselves in the process. I felt like it touched a chord in me because whenever I have been sad, I have found that helping someone else is the best medicine. Read it and let me know what you think!
