I love the Sharon McCone mysteries, and this is a series I've read twice. Still, this might be my least favorite book of hers. I will read the next one (Locked IN) though I am finding that I have to build up my emotional energy to do so. This book: Burn Out, seemed lackluster compared to the other McCone's. Part of the fault might be mine. I think it may be time to reread the series. I'm feeling as though I'm forgetting relationships and such which certainly may have influenced my reading.
