For those Jacky Faber fans who love to see her sailing the high seas or dressed as a boy, this installment will please, although the sea adventure gets only about 20% of the tale, the rest being taken up with a particularly credulity-stretching plot about Jacky serving as an officer in Napoleon's army. Keep in mind that Jacky is a short and slight 16-year-old girl - but hey, these are tall tales and Jacky is definitely larger than life.
