** spoiler alert ** I loved this book. its all based on two girls that have never met but are pen pals. but one is secrelty in jail however they become very close through these letters even though one of them finds out about her life in jail (an all girls prison) although the end is unclear. Mandy dies in the end and Tracey (girl in jail) dosnt recieve any more letters from her and thats it. How do i know Mandy dies? Well throughout Mandys letters she refers to her brother Steve as being violent and cleaning his guns. so yeah i was a tad disspointed but i loved the characters and how they began to really like each other even though they hadnt met before. I loved traceys personality and how she became to love (as a friends) mandy, so i almost cried when i knew tracey would never hear from Mandy again :( but very good, would defo recommend!
