Book Review: Be Warned Review Contains Spoilers.

When I saw this book, I was drawn to it, because of the cover. Then I read the blurb and thought that it sounded intriguing. I'm a sucker for a good vampire or even gasp ***werewolf*** story.

What Dani Harper has done here with the characters of Zoey and Connor is that she has made them likeable and throws them together in a weird, but necessary turn of events. What I like about this book was that she builds the relationship in a careful way. Most of the time, in some of the more adult romances, they just jump into bed without there being any real feelings. Yet here I feel that Zoey and Connor learn how to be a couple.

At first Connor is trying to help her. Zoey just wants to forget about the attack. We learn that they have a lot in common. Even though Connor tries to apply Silver Nitrate to Zoey, to kill any chance of becoming A Changeling, we learn it's too late.

Connor is concerned about Bernie, who happens to be Zoey's sire is causing all kinds of problems. The problem being that he is killing people, livestock, hiring a reporter to expose them. Bernie proves to be unstable and goes nuts quite literally, which was a little scary. He gets defeated though.

The love scenes between Connor and Zoey was just plain smoking hot. I loved it. The payoff was so worth it. The author explores the chemistry of these two characters. The two characters don't realize how much they want each other. Yet Connor realizes that Zoey is his mate and he wants her. She wants him. Eventually they give in. The result was terrific.

The only complaint I had with this book, was there needed to be more sex scenes. I like a book with lots of sex sometimes. Overall a good story and a very good werewolf/changeling story.
