I enjoyed feeling not as old as I might be since I don't remember David Cassidy. There was nothing outstanding here, but enjoyable nonetheless. I wasn't a rabid teen fangirl (lionesses, the journalists call them here), but Pearson hits a lot of the reasons for why a girl might feel so passionately connected to someone she never met. Including the character of Bill, who writes David Cassidy's "letters" was an interesting counterpoint.
