This is a page turning series. It is very interesting and sexy. I enjoyed reading it and wish I had started from the beginning of the series. I was a bit lost in the history of this alternate world but the author did a good job of explaining it. The story starts out with a woman who wakes up pretty badly hurt and has amnesia. She starts to remember her life and worries because she believes herself to have been tortured and trained to be an assassin. The man who rescues her is the one she needs to kill. He is pretty sure of this also and has to prepare himself to kill her, only he is falling for her. There are changelings (were-creatures) and PSYs(Telekinitics & telepaths) involved. The story is good and keeps you wanting to find out want happens to these characters. The other characters are also interesting and intertwined throughout this series. I highly recommend if you like paranormal romance.
