I absolutely loved this book. Imagine a dominant hot cowboy, a strong yet vulnerable heroine, throw in some fun spanking, orgasmic sex, and top it off with a fantastic love story.

Amy is one of my favorite heroines I’ve read about this year. She’s never known a family, has been abused, and is on the run, but she maintains an untouchable innocence. She’s sassy, stronger than she thinks, and has an innate grace I couldn’t help but fall in love with. She’s scared of being found, but realizes she doesn’t want to run away from what she’s discovered with RJ. She’s fiercely protective of those she loves.

RJ is a melt your heart hero. He fell for Amy the moment he saw her. He fell harder for Amy when he discovered how much she loved his spankings. Not to mention the drop your mouth, terrific sex they have. RJ is strong, dominant, and loving. Adorably, he turns to mush at the thought of something upsetting Amy. I love that he sees the vulnerability in Amy. Watching him fall in love with Amy was beautiful. Watching him do things he’d never normally do to make Amy happy was wonderful. I think of RJ and my heart just sighs.

The supporting characters are terrific. They become a family to Amy. It’s also fun watching their reactions to Amy and RJ having sex, whether it’s impatience or masturbating while watching.

Exhibitionism and voyeurism are commonplace in Amy’s Redemption. Sex is in the open at RJ’s ranch. This could seem creepy if handled poorly. However, the author did a remarkable job making this liberating, beautiful, and erotic. For RJ and Amy, spanking is fun foreplay they both enjoy. Again, with Amy’s abusive past, the spanking could come off poorly, but the author truly made it fun for RJ, Amy, and the reader. This makes it an incredibly erotic read. There are hot ménages and group sex that are erotic and fun. Despite the sharing, RJ and the other men have the utmost respect for Amy and any other woman. RJ is also possessive and protective of Amy. RJ is careful to gain Amy’s consent before including someone or pushing a boundary. It’s really beautiful to read.

The spanking and sex are very frequent in Amy’s Redemption. Yet it never feels like the book digresses into pure sex for sex’s sake. It’s always a love story. The author’s engaging style is pitch-perfect. This book is published by Pink Flamingo Publications. If you’re familiar with Pink Flamingo, you know most of their books are erotica. Technically they do class Amy’s Redemption as spanking erotica, but this is a romantic love story with spicy hot sex. To me the book is perfect. This book invaded my dreams and deserves a Best Book rating.

Amy’s Redemption is one of those multi-layered delights that leaves you breathless with a smile. This book has everything I love: a lively heroine who’s vulnerable, a strong hero who’s putty in the heroine’s hand, a great story with a mysterious twist, writing with an intoxicating cadence, a last line that made me laugh, and hot, spank-tastic sex. I give this book my highest recommendation.
