Recommended for: travelers in fact or fantasy
Read in January, 1978

Twain's satirical comedy holds up amazingly well. Is that a good thing, or is his continued relevance something that ought to depress me? I especially remember the hilarious sections on visiting the Holy Land and on the German language.
