I really liked the concept of a year-long Happiness Project, and I appreciated the systematic way the author went about conducting it. She also includes some interested insights from her research on happiness. I also found her to be a little annoying, though, which affected my enjoyment of the book, and I really didn't like that she included comments from her blog post within the book.
