Read from June 03 to 18, 2011

"the forgotten songs we never really knew, only think we remember knowing, when what we really do is understand at the same time how we have never really known them at all and how glorious they must really be."

This is just one of a thousand dude-deep insights into why George wishes he knew his father better. If you find that quote beautiful by all means read it. The story concept is great but the writing style is like my high school boyfriends' poetry. I'm not going to finish reading this book. I just can't handle parables anymore.
