Mira Grant Deadline

Government Conspiracy, Viral outbreak, Social Commentary……Most writer’s use these as the backbone of a story, Mira Grant uses them as a stepping stone, from there taking reader to levels of interaction most writers only dream of.

This is an Author in full command of her trade.

This book doesn’t flow with the same efficiency as “Feed”, and main characters problems, because of the events of the first book, can’t be described as entertaining, but when the Author puts her characters in motion the results are powerful.

In the words of Mira Grant:

“If you want the truth, stay here. Because from here on out. That’s all I’m going to give you. No more carrot and stick. No more dancing monkeys. Just the truth, and if it kills us, well, at least this way we died for something.”

There just aren’t many people that can put those words in a characters mouth and have them mean something.
