I am currently on week six... it is getting a bit dull, but you can totally do it from home if you have some weights, a treadmill or access to the outdoors-which most of us do. I am thinking it may be fun to do the weight lifting in a gym for a change- but all in all it's very straight forward, not time consuming and I have lost two pant sizes in six weeks, so that's a good thing, right!?
