Now I must admit that I was a bit reluctant to read this book after reading the reviews. The language used is over simplified & cheesy ( no pun intended), but overall, I think that the message is good. Yes, it's so much easier to say "life changes, deal with it!", but there are this who need more guidance in their life. They need examples to go along with advice that is given to them in order to truly grasp the concept, that's who I would recommend this book to. There are more people out there who need the example than they are themselves willing to admit, but I think that if the are honest with themselves that they can find this book very useful.
Once you get passed the cheesy dialogue, the message and meaning are worth applying!
