Lord of the Abyss by Nalini Singh

I have always enjoyed Nalini Singh's books. (Especially her Psy-Changeling series.) So I was very excited and pleased to hear that she was going to be writing a book for this series. And let's just say overall with the book, that I was not disappointed with it.

I just absolutely adore Micah, he's most definitely my favorite character out of all of them in this series. I think it's the whole "I'm Lord of the Black Castle and I'll do and say whatever I want" attitude he had going on that gets me. (And yes, he actually does say that several times throughout the book, lol.)

This is totally my favorite book in the series! Not a doubt in my mind about it. Though the ending was a tinsy bit disappointing to me in some ways. It didn't seem as though there was really any closure for me. But I loved and enjoyed the book nonetheless. It was a total thrill ride, one I read the first page I was hooked, I read the entire book in one sitting. I will definitely be re-reading this book sometime in the future.

Maybe the length of all the novels in this series has something to do with the ending of this one being so.. abrupt. I still felt as though some things were left unanswered.
