There may be room for some mitigated skepticism, and Doidge can be a little long-winded in parts, but on the whole this is an eye-opening book, chock-full of fascinating stories and highly relevant information for anyone with a brain (not just those interested in brain science). Indeed, I think it should be required reading for anyone with a brain.
