I really enjoyed this book. I read someone else say that the author is great because he teaches weight-lifting 101, a healthy eating plan, and aerobics. Very simple, but very motivating. Quick, easy read that is sure to energize the most slothful person to move their body. (A few of the myths that he proves wrong were slightly outdated, but I think I read the 1999 edition. Other than that, no complaints.)
