Engrossing non-fiction about the start of the K.K.K. Really covers the roots fantastically. Didn't go into much detail about the their activities in the 1960s, but that was not the purpose. We learn the environment that prompted and allowed such a terrorist organization, and get first-hand accounts from both Klansmen and their victims. Powerful stuff.
