Claire has grown up in a little beach town, wondering who her father is and why Nate, the local hot guy, just looks at her like a friend and not a girlfriend. She is a swimmer with a swimmer's body and wishes she was different. She also doesn't like the fact that when there are lightning storms she switches bodies with other girls born around the same time. Usually she switches back by morning and the ghost of her dead grandma is helping her along the way. She switches with a beautiful girl on vacation and she decides she might want to stay in this body.

There is a hint of paranormal which is a popular genre right now and I think girls will like this book more than boys. I like the concerns about body image that come up as well and the trust in friendships. All in all, a quick read that offers some mystery, some romance and a look into someone else' "perfect" life.
