This was one of my favs of the series...maybe because of the primary characters...Hunter and Corinne and what they have been through and what they have been able to survive. I love Hunter, damn it was so wonderful to watch him evolve from a killing machine to one hell of a lover. I love the fact that these characters have families, they love, they bleed, they feel so deeply...Corinne is one awesome female, you can't help but admire her strength and courage.
I read in one of Lara's newsletters that the tables would be turning in Dragos fav in this book...why can't we just kick his butt...it would feel so nice.
And what is going on with Chase? I know the answer to that question...I sure hope everything turns out okay for him; I really felt bad for him in this story.
Full of love, action, passion and hot and steamy sex.
