I really enjoyed this book. It made me homesick for my childhood in Mississippi. This is not a story, it's more of an advice book for living. It's a collection of stories about a group of fun-loving women and the lessons they have learned from life. It's off-color and crude. If you are offended by frank discussions about sex or profanity, this book is not for you. But this book made me want to be more like these women, minus the crudeness. They enjoy life and make opportunities for a good time. I really enjoyed the first person narrative in this book- the women truly came alive to me.
