I'd forgotten how much I loved these books. I've been reading the authors book series 'Blue is for nightmares' and I must say it doesn't hold a candle to the Touch series. Both have to deal with crazies and stalkers, but there's just something about this series that is way interesting. Either way, it's nice to see that this author's writing has improved over time. Overall, the plotline is the same— another stalker scenario, but I don't care because I live for that kind of stuff haha.

Wow..where do I start with Camelia? I felt for her in the last book. Ben was being a douche. He was always keeping secrets and being distant. This time around though the person I hated was Camelia herself. Well, I didn't really HATE her. It was more like I liked her as a character, but there were certain moments where I wanted to bitchslap her for her actions. I actually liked how she realized that Ben wasn't good for her, or more clearly, that their relationship wasn't very healthy. I also commend Ben for admitting that Camelia didn't deserve to date a guy like him. I liked how he legit was thinking of what was best for her. It wasn't a constant 'I can't be with you! ... BUT I CAN'T STAY AWAY!!'. I really don't like Ben for Camelia, but in this book, he wasn't that bad.

The times where I didn't like Camelia all had to do with Adam. I must say that I like Camelia and Adam together better than Camelia and Ben. I feel like I'm in the minority because all reviews I've seen were like, 'C+B 4EVER'! I loved Adam. I could tell that he's a different person from the second book. It's easy to see that he honestly likes Camelia. However, Camelia is such a bitch to him. Oh my god, she made me soo angry! Since Ben and her broke up in the last book, she's been hanging with Adam more often. Actually, not really 'hanging out'. More like, Camelia uses him for rides to places and dumps him once she has no more use for him. Scenarios like this happened multiple times. She calls him to drive her somewhere and when he tries to talk to her, she's just like, 'I need to be alone right now...'. She was just rude and it seemed like she was using him with no regard to his feelings. Also, Adam was trying to be a good friend to her even though, she didn't want to date him, and he was cool with that. He tries to cheer her up when she's sad and attempts to get her to open up to her feelings. This was one of my biggest problems with Camelia. Poor Adam is trying so hard to talk to her, but all she does is push him away and refuse to confide in him. Adam was so sweet to her and she just crapped all over his feelings. She kept mentioning that she was treating Adam like how Ben treated her when they were dating, all secrets and no trust, but she continues to act that way towards him even though she knows she's hurting him.

The plot itself was creepy and I loved it, especially the Jack and Jill letters (freaky!). I must say that I was confused a bit by the twist and I felt like I should have been dumbfounded, but I was just like, 'ok then'. Camelia's fight with Kimmie was stupid as hell. I still can't understand why exactly they were fighting because the reason I thought wasn't that big of a deal. I was really excited to read about Aunt Alexia and I'll say that this book didn't disappoint. I loved reading about her, even though she was cryptic and a bit kooky.

While I had a bit to complain about, mostly involving Adam haha, I really did like this book. I can't wait to read the next one. Hopefully, Camelia decides to (view spoiler) because I was mega happy when (view spoiler). I remember shouting hell yes when I got to that part. I've read that number five might be the last one, so I'm interested to see how things get wrapped up...
