Being a scrapbooker myself, I was intrigued by a scrapbooking murder. Kiki Lowenstein is rich, married and living a life of leisure in the beginning of the book. That soon changes. Now she is a widow, broke and homeless. Time In A Bottle to the rescue. A store for scrapbookers that she frequented when she had money is now her lifeline to food, clothing and shelter for her and her daughter.
Although there are a few times that she starts to get on my nerves, most of the book keeps your interest. There are some really neat scarbooking hints, some laugh out loud moments and some moments when you just want to cry. I have to admit that I did see the ending coming but I have read mysteries for over 40 years and most of the time I can see where a book is going.
All in all, I loved reading this book and would recommend it to anyone who has ever scrapbooked.
