I like this series, which I place in a popular current genre with Kate Collins' Flower Shop mystery series and Victoria Laurie's Psychic Eye and Ghost Hunters series. The books are well written and are good mysteries with murders that aren't too brutal. I'm okay with Maggie's mystical intuition and the occasional ghost. However, often the talk of wicca and the worship of goddesses makes me feel rather uncomfortable. But I'll continue to read the series.
