This book is about Natalie Greco, a law professor. She loves her job and her family. She meets another professor, Angus Holt who talks her into going with him to teach at a prison. A riot breaks out and she rushes to help an injured guard. He gives her a message for his wife before he dies. She finds that she is plunged into a nightmare, gets accused of murder and has threats to her life. The cops are after her, the ruthless killers are after her and she seeks the solace of the "safe" Angus, but is her really "safe". There are many twists and turns which make this a "good read."
