Daniel Pink was the keynote speaker at the ALA conference last June. There was so much positive feedback from the event that I put this book on my list of books to read. So glad I did. As many others have noticed, Pink offers a positive way of looking at the future in a time when things don't look so great. As always, there will be opportunity for those who adapt to the times.

Pink's way of bringing seemingly disparate things together is helpful/hopeful and decidely right brained. Pink's analysis was inspiring, but it was really kicked up a notch by the addition of resources and directions.

Not that I really need more to do, but the book has inspired me to start a study group at work where we can discuss the book and explore some of the resources together.

All in all, this was a very satisfying read.
