Alright, if one was only to read on set of stories in the Shannara series, this might not be that bad. In truth I did like how this ended.
But why does Terry Brookes continue to write these? My dad read the first Shannara book when he was in Jr. High. He's in his fifties and now I'm the one reading them. He got sick of them and I feel the same way.
You should be aware that Brookes has a tendency to kill off main characters. Even ones you really like. But don't worry, he will put someone else in to make up for it.
