A short dystopian novel centered around and told from the perspective of Alex, a youth who takes part in gang activity and is then taken by the state to be "reformed". Throughout the novel, he speaks in a self-invented slang that can be difficult to follow, but it makes the narrative more interesting. Recommended for those who are interested in dystopian novels, but not for the faint of heart due to violent and disturbing themes.
