I was expecting a book with some solid theory on how to create a creative team but ended up reading a step by step how to guide. Douglas keeps banging on about how effective HDMI is to categorize people to make sure they are leveraged properly but I really hate putting people into these categories. Just because you are analytical does not mean you are not fun.

If you're looking for an easy step guide then go ahead and follow this book. On the other hand if you want to build an effective learning organisation then you're better off with something like the Fifth Discipline.
