it was amazing

I preferred this one to the first one Furth and David wrote together, not because I thought they butchered King's words on the first graphic novel or anything like that, because they didn't. The first book is awesome. That being said, the first book is largely a retelling of "The Wizard and the Glass," and I liked it in its original form, you know? This one, however, shows readers just what happened to Roland and his ka-tet as they journeyed home from Mejis, something we haven't gotten with too much specificity in any of King's other books. And these two writers, Furth and David, are fantastic. I can see, with every page, why King wanted them, additionally, Jae Lee's art is gorgeous and horrifying all at once, perfect for a "Dark Tower" book.
