There aren't enough words to describe how awful this book was. The "vampire killer" turned out to be some random schmo and after he was caught, nothing else was said. The plot was too boring and drawn out to be wrapped up neatly.
I'm also slightly, make that highly annoyed that Alex did not end up killing "The Mastermind" AKA ~ Kyle Craig because that just leaves it wide open for him to return in the future.
Hopefully this was the one bad apple of the bunch. If not, I don't see myself making it through the rest of the series.
