it was amazing
bookshelves: non-fiction, memoir-biography

This is one of the best written novels that I have ever read. (And to date, the longest book, I believe!)David McCullough is an amazing historian who makes the American Revolution come alive. For years the contribution John and Abigail Adams made to the founding of our nation was a bit overlooked, perhaps because of their lack of wealth. Poor John just wanted to be loved and appreciated. Too bad it has taken a few centuries for it to happen! He would love the attention his life gets now!
