I had to keep reminding myself that this was not a Dan Brown mystery, but a factual, true accounting of the Getty. Yet, one only has to walk through the Met in NY or the British Museum in London to know that the Getty was not the first or only museum to be guilty of aquiring illgal antiquities for their collections
