really liked it

Very interesting look at the concept of "wrongful birth". It's an interesting logical conclusion to the concept to accepting freedom of choice, we must also accept that there will be people who push it further than is acceptable to all. Also a great look at the concept of brittle bone disease and what it means. TERRIBLE ENDING.

Amanda I read there are similarities in structure between this book and My Sister's Keeper. I HATED the ending to MSK, and unfortunately my reaction was so strong as to never want to read another Picoult book again, despite having enjoyed everything up to that point.

Jess Amanda, sadly there are similarities, and while this book is actually a fairly huge leap forward, the ending kinda ruins it. I'd say skip it. If you want a good Piccoult book, Mercy or Vanishing Act are great.
