What a fantastic book this was. I advise you to read it with a box of tissues nearby, as the plot to this book was unexpected. This was definitely an emotional read. It reminded me again why I love Anne Brashare's writing. It made me want to reach out and hug my best friends. I didn't know about this book until weeks before it came out, but I'm so glad Brashare's decided to write it. It was so nice to see the girls come together again. After reading the first four novels, it feels like you are a part of their group, and their journey. I have to say I was glad to see the tension between Lena and Kostos resolved in this book. I enjoyed seeing how each of the characters had evolved after ten years. I was deeply touched by the journey that Bridget experienced in this book. Anyone who enjoyed the first four books in this series will be thrilled with this book, after they have finished crying.
