693118 I enjoy his writing, more than the TV show. If you have no interest in food, or the unerpinnings of restaurnat culture, you won't like this book at all. Bourdain continues to enthrall me to try different foods, and to appreciate the experinece of eating. Sometimes, the best foods can be found in the simplest of establishments. Or, at the most expensive restaurant in town. Neither is more importnat or more significant. Both -- equally pleasureable.
