I won this signed advanced copy in a Goodreads contest.

I was so excited to start this book. However, it was such a let now.

I am in the insurance field and have worked in HR and also in hospital billing. I didn't think I would have any problem following this story. Boy was I wrong! This book had way too much terminalogy in it for me. It felt like I was being hit over the head w/ all the terms.

The majority of this book felt like a "what not to do" regarding HIPAA laws. There were entire pages of story after story of HIPPA non compliance that were not neccessary for the stroy line. I felt this was a HIPAA compliance book w/ a romance thrown in. It just didn't work for me.
