OMG these titles. Seriously. As bad as the covers! If I remember correctly the cheezy guy on the cover doesn't even match the description of the character of Cade. I thought Cade was blond or something. Anyways, just goes to show us chicks must be as much a bunch of suckers for looks too if they book that campy fellow on the cover and it sells more books. Anyways, love the characters. This Kresley Cole author does very well with characters that are likable. She also does well with a the same underlying theme throughout all of her books but changing the story up. The theme: Hot immortal men run around constantly searching for 'the one', find 'the one' and then spend enormous amounts of time, effort and emotion to convince said 'one' that she is 'the one.' I've thought about this and if someone suddenly came up to me and was like, "OMG! You are the one! OMG!" I'd most likely assume they were a stalker and that I needed a general harassment restraining order. But it's fun in escapism fiction. Cute story and I hope to hear more about these characters.
