Recommended to Dawn by: The cover & title caught my eye in the bookstore.
Recommended for: Fans of Chick Lit!

An enjoyable read. The main character, Maggie, was at times funny, but there were other moments where I thought she was just plain whiny and immature. I really did not care for her friend Olivia at all & I'm glad that Maggie redeems herself by the end of the story. I thought it was perfect how the author never mentions Maggie's exact weight. This was good to not show an exact number and make a reader feel worse because their weight might be much higher than Maggie's. Many of the feelings and uncomfortable situations that Maggie experience are very believable to anyone who has struggled with their weight.
