The Revolution Will Not Be Funded: Beyond the Non-Profit Industrial Complex
by INCITE! Women of Color Against Violence
Hey Eric:
When you finish this one, how about you swap it with me for my Gen. Logan bio?
Cheers,
Michael
Well, generally sir, I have a standing rule not to let books out of my home
Although I freely borrow the books of others, but as you are one of the leaders of bringing Gen. Logan Back to Logan Square, I shall make a special exception for you, sir.
See you at Weegee's for a nip tonight.
p.s speaking of Weegee's Alex declined my offer to join good reads be not responding at all, I guess cause he don't read! If you get there before me, please make note of this to him

recommended for: every body
Just started this baby after crossed paths with a professor at UIC who recommended it. My copy just arrived in the mail two weeks ago. Its about how liberal Goo Goos don't fund non profits organizations and programs that might actually empower people to radically change the system. I was talking about this and she asked if I had heard of this book. The rest is history. So far after the first chapter,
I'm blown away!
UPDATE UPON FINSHING
O.K. I finished this yesterday and I was a little disapointed
at the second half of the book. It started off strong making some super solid critiques about this sad system. But then it when down hill deteriorating into Goo Goo liberal wining about particular cases instead of figuring out real paradigms of change. Perhaps it needs to be updated
