A combination of fantasy and sci-fi! The Thirteenth combines a lot of elements I love including, fantastical powers, teleportation, bookshops, nerdy references and a whole lot of action!

First thoughts:

1. Love the sarcasm and wit
2. Great action sequences and adventures
3. A bit too fast paced. Things were happening too quickly!
4. Some cheesy moments and dialogue. Not overwhelming throughout the book, but noteworthy.
5. Ending was fantastic! Twist, turns and unexpected surprises :)

In the end, everything came together! Now I just to need to know what happens next!
