This book was almost exactly like the movie, even down to the dialogue between the characters. There were a few additional scenes that weren't in the movie, but all in all, you might as well just see the movie.

Nophoto-f-25x33 I have tried to get this book numerous times from the library with no success. After reading your review I won't bother to read it. I absolutely love the movie though. "AS YOU WISH..........Oh my darling Wesley, what have I done....(tumble, tumble)"

Nophoto-f-25x33 Now that I have read this book, I would like to read the original, unabridged edition. I know it is over 1000 pages long and all, but according to Stephen King, it is truly a masterpiece that Goldman did not do justice to.

Nophoto-f-25x33 So, read the book? Or just go with the movie?
