it was amazing

Best book club selection this year to date (still totally my year!) and best book I have read about the latest Iraq war. Asne is a Norwegian journalist. Her descriptions of how she got in to Iraq and what it was like to be a reporter before, during and after the fall of Saddam, make the war feel more real than any article or newspaper report I've read. Fascinating.
