I'm getting my first job after graduate school and this book contained so much of the things I have questions on. It's a very quick and easy read. I've talked to many young people who just make decisions without knowledge about what everything means... I didn't want to do that and bought this book. After reading this book I think I am on my way to making sound financial decisions. I do wish there was a bit more information on insurance, investing, and taxes. Its also a very practical book for the age group. It offers detailed advice on what you should DO and not just personal finance theory. While I think most young people would benefit from this book sometimes I felt like it was too basic and that I'll have to read something else to supplement.

I recommended it to all of my friends though as I know this helped me.
