I thought this would not be my type of read. It is historical christian fiction (not a huge fan of either) about the life of a woman who was sold as a child into prostitution and then later about the man who feel in love with her.
But Redeeming Love was just a beautiful and breathtaking read. Oh boy did it my make my heart hurt. I cried pretty much the whole way through this story. Angel (aka Sarah) is a character you become very quickly emotionally invested in and Michael is pretty much the perfect man. I don't think you will find a character more forgiving and loving then him.
Overall, this book deals with some intense issues but is worth the emotional journey it takes you on.

Okay my twin. Now that you've finished it, in your honest opinion, would I likey this?So glad you loved:)
@ ALPHAreader - It is pretty amazing. I don't like historical and it is Christian fiction...sort of as well but never felt like either. It was one of those books I would have overlooked if it was for the recs from Nomes and friends.@ Twinie - Hmmmm....I am not sure. I leaning more towards no unless you were in the mood for a book that is going to make you cry.
Yeah, I don't do heart fail well now do I.Okay, I'll wait till everyone has there reviews up and think on it. I may still get this book to be a challenge to myself:) Thanks twinie!
Good call twinie. I have to admit the first few chapters I felt like giving up it was that painful but it was worth it in the end. Now time for a fluffy book!
Glad you liked it, Nic! I haven't finished it yet...I got a little distracted by Psych Major Syndrome :)
