For as long as I can recall I have watched Stephen Fry on TV in various shows but somehow I haven't picked up one of his books until now.

I enjoyed this audiobook - I like his affable, conversational tone and I respect that he focuses on his personal experiences, thoughts and observations rather than dishing the dirt.

The Fry Chronicles charts his experiences at Univeristy and his early career and that of his friends, it is (as one would expect from Stephen Fry) funny, wordy, a bit sweary sometimes but also clever, thoughtful and senstive.
