This is a beautifully illustrated story. It is about a department store teddy bear that is missing a button and is trying to get baught and be owned. When corduroy is turned down by a mom, he is determined to find his button until he is plaed back where he belongs. But the next day, much to his suprise, he is bought anyways. This story relates to any story about toys being sold and owned.
