Such a shame to see this series come to an end, but Carrie Jones managed to leave you with this really good feeling. It didn't feel like you were saying goodbye to these kids you've grown to love, more like see ya later (even though you know it's the last book).

Endure, like it's predecessors, is fast paced and full of intensity. Carrie doesn't waste time with useless lazy days, her characters don't have time for those when they're fighting off evil pixies and stopping the apocalypse. There were several surprising moments for me (which I loved) and character growth that makes you feel proud of these fictional people. Book 1 Zara and Book 4 Zara are so very different, but also the same. Carrie keeps all the important qualities of this female lead and weaves them into the heroine she becomes in the end of the series flawlessly.

This book was an excellent conclusion to a really great series. If you're looking for a fun, quick read definitely give this series a shot!
