This was the first ebook in the Complete Father Brown series at a great price. I remember having read some of the stories before. This book is different because there really are not chapters in a continuing story--each segment is self contained, with just Father Brown and the great French detective recurring. They are well written, with well delineated characters, interesting plots, and of course aa twist as to who is the murderer. I plan to space these out with other books, as there are 756 pages in all, some of which are, I believe, an afterword or explanation.
